Placing the humidifier on the floor or a wooden table is possible, but it is not recommended as the best placement for optimal airflow. To prevent the surroundings from getting wet due to high humidity levels, we suggest placing a tray underneath the humidifier.

It is common for the humidifier to make bubbling or knocking sounds while in operation. This is the sound of water flowing from the tank to the base and does not impact its performance. Whether to use tap water or distilled water depends on your location. While tap water may be used, it can lead to mineral buildup in the long run, requiring more frequent maintenance. Distilled water is the preferred option.

When refilling the water reservoir, it is normal to have standing water in the base as the humidifier draws water from the tank to increase room humidity.
